Thank you for the prompt RMA. Although several users here have had very long wait times, I received my RMA within 5 business days from the date of shipment to your facilities and back to my residence.

I would like to suggest that you keep your customers up-to-date with the process. It is very frustrating to have non-working sticks and having to wait for them without any news about them until they come back. Please think about this. It will make for better customer satisfaction.

In any case, I received my sticks back and they work as advertised. Thank you! I will consider Patriot Memory in the future!
