    Default 3gp?

Is there a way to configure the PBO to read 3GP file format? Just wondering if there's an extension list somewhere, because it's obviously selective in its current file format it will accept. I believe 3GP is a form of MP4, so I'm sure it would play it.

Any answer would be great. I don't know, no, of course, why would you want that...? I tried searching for 3gp, but it was too ambiguous.

It appears that the company support is totally nonexistent?

One workaround would be to convert the file to a format the PBO likes

I had to do the same thing to a mp4 that the PBO will not play sound for.

Ah, that may be why no one wanted to help - I guess I should've explained a bit better. I know I can convert the files and all. My phone records the video in this (3gp) format and I was hoping to just hook up the phone to the box via usb and play them, that's all.

At any rate, thanks much for your reply!

I guess we need to add 3gp file support to the wishlist along with my issue of mp4 not playing 256 Kps audio

The PBO is a great little box for price and what it supports and certainly has me hooked on media players.

    I need this feature too!
A walk around is to rename 3gp to avi, but it's troublesome.
